By adding the Bot to a Discord server or interacting with it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
Talk to Bino is an AI-powered conversational assistant that operates within Discord. It responds to messages, commands, and mentions to provide information, conversation, and related features within servers where it has been installed.
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your jurisdiction, to use the Bot.

Responses are generated automatically by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The Bot's output does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for how you use any information it provides.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IoTeX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Bot.
We may restrict or terminate your access to the Bot at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
